MY Hair Was Falling out!

I was to young for my hair to be balding. I was 27 at the time and I notice my hair thinning around the edges. Thinning so bad that I could see my scalp and my hair line was moving further away. By doing my own research I came to the conclusion that certain foods, medications, diseases and etc can aid in hair loss. Which led to another conclusion that food period, affects you mentally, physically, emotionally, and etc. I found myself going deeper into researching. By the way I am a dedicated bookworm. I love reading! However I don't totally rely on all that I read. I consult with myself after I read or learn anything new. I began to ask myself questions like " If food affects my hair, how does it affect my overall health?" After I ran into a lecture by Dr, Sebi , who I can say helped to enlighten me I can say my mind was made up. He was on time with his messages. My Journey started in March 2015. I had made my mind up the month before in February that I would take this journey serious. But, before I began my journey, I went on a Carnival Cruise and pigged the hell out, on about 8 big ass juicy burgers, in a 4 day period. That's how long the cruise was. I ate all that I could stomach, because I knew deep down I was saying GOODBYE! I came off the cruise ready and WILLING! Looking back now I see I had a very unhealthy relationship with food. Some of us don't want to admit it. At that time I weighed about 180 to 185 that's a lot at only 5'4. Yea, I was "thick" alright, but deep down I felt unhealthy, out of breath, and my jelly rolls was getting out of control. Besides, I got tired of being in denial about my weight gain, calling myself "thick" when I did feel unhealthy. Let's not mention the rolls on my back that seemed to come from out of nowhere. Okay, not of of nowhere, lol. I had to be real with myself. I was pushing a size 16/18, slowly climbing up the ladder. I wanted to be here for my kids. It was time to face the the woman in the mirror. Self love is the best love. And, taking care of your temple is part of the self love. Love yourself enough to be honest with self.

I got straight to it once I came off the cruise I buckled down. In fact my whole house hold did. Which included my King, and our 3 children, who at the time was 3,5, and 11. Guess what? No resistance. If I said we wasn't going to eat certain things anymore, then that's just what it was. It was time for me to put my crown on and get my house, as well as my temple in order for real. I would also explain why, and back it up with what I came across during research such as Documentaries, Articles and etc. I thought I was doing it for health reasons until I watched a documentary called Vegucated. If you haven't watched it, it is a must see! I finally made the connection that not eating animals is the ethical thing to do. I finally understood the circle of life. Animals and insects all have a role to play. The cows Manure is used to fertilize the grass. Do you know that they are feeding them GMO corn? Read here for full scope. Besides, the cows need their milk for the baby calf. I felt like drinking cows milk would be like letting an adult drink my newborns breast milk. Not only that right along with the cows, the chicken, and pigs are being injected with chemicals linked to a rise in illnesses in humans. Even the bees have a part to play and yet million of bees are dying at a rapid rate. WE NEED THE BEES! Laugh all you may, but the proof is in the pudding. Do some research! People would rather laugh and call a person crazy , rather than being open minded, and making sense of it. Once a person sees that we are connected to nature, it becomes simple to see why we need something so little as a bee.You really are what you eat. Of course there was other people who would give lectures on the risk of eating foods not compatible with a human like Dr. Sebi. You also have others like Dick Gregory who is an advocate for Veganism, after being diagnosed with cancer, and curing himself with the help of others naturally. No chemo or radiation.

Moving right along I started off vegetarian first. I dropped meat completely or so I thought. Umm, Hello! Dairy products are still part of the animals, Really? Yes! I had to research why I already wasn't feeling milk like that no more, way before I knew the health risk. I did some more researching. Milk has cows pus and blood in it, and also has been linked to serious health conditions proven today. No more late night snacking on cereal with cows milk after having the munchies! Also, No more eggs either! I used to love eggs with some cheese. But, like I said chickens are being treated inhumane too! Did you know that cheese is considered a meat?

Soooo, are you starting to catch on to why I chose veganism? I started to include a lot of vegetables I wouldn't normally eat like Onions, Bell Peppers, Portabella Mushrooms, and etc. It took for me to recondition my mind and retrain my taste buds. I feel better eating food that gives me energy instead of food that's heavy , and weighs me down. Real health lies in your wealth, I know it sounds cliche, but it is true. Being vegan I have better clarity, I view life differently, I feel real good. I feel lighter spiritually. I lost a lot of spiritual weight. Hair started growing back. Of course I consumed Burdock Root and rubbed Rosemary oil on my scalp which also improves your memory. I also consumed fruits and veggies that aided in hair growth. Kale, Walnuts, and Cucumbers are my favorite go to! I ended up going down a journey inward, deep within myself. I got into yoga and meditating. Something I was always interested in because as a christian, I was told it was satanic. So, far from the truth, lol. Who makes this shit up? Anyways, back to what I was saying, It's like having a second chance at life. Other doors have opened for me as well and will continue to. My mind became clear as I was ridding my body of toxins due to unhealthy eating habits. Healing through food! Not to mention I lost weight strictly by eliminating meat, dairy, and certain breads. Was it hard? Not at all. I did it without using diet pills or some get slim quick scheme. Hold up! Vegans eat more than fruits and vegetables now. I would eat things like Black bean burgers, fried Mushrooms, guacamole dip, eggplant parmasean, veggie spaghetti, grilled veggie wraps, and etc. I love food! I just eat healthier versions of what I would normally eat. I teamed up with the owner of (who is also leading a Vegan lifestyle) Inner Work Fitness to do some cardio and toning, and Next thing you know the weight was falling off me effortlessly. I'm on an amazing journey in life, and I really feel the fun is just getting started. I don't push Veganisim on anyone nor do I condemn people. I will encourage you though! Some people don't know and others do know the importance of living a healthy lifestlye, but simply don't care. Truth brings about a change, and some people are to set in their ways to change. Even when that change could save their life. But, I will give my advice if asked. I don't mind educating people about eating healthier. So, if you need a support system or, have questions please feel free to email me! Okay? Peace y'all I'm off to be great!
