Say yes to the Herbs Honey! There is healing all around you. In your own backyard if you would just stop with the pesticide spray. You are killing the very thing that could aid in your healing process. For all my Bible thumpers read Revelations 2:22. It states Let thy HERBS BE THE HEALING FOR THE NATIONS. Not verbatim, but in a nutshell it sums it up pretty much! How quickly have we forgotten that we are capable of healing ourselves. Even me! I ain't no saint. I had my shares of doctor visits and prescription meds. Doing me more harm than healing. As a matter of fact no healing. Temporary relief from the symptoms only and was back a month later at my doctor, because technically the root cause of the problem still existed. Not only that but pharmaceutical companies are cashing in. There are so many healthy alternatives out there than going through with surgeries, and prescriptions. Healing, and herbs requires some discipline. It would be WISE to cut out the foods that are contributing to poor health conditions. For example, we all have dandelions growing in our backyard, cluelessly walking over a plant that's beneficial for your health. I know it's cute, yellow, however, the health benefits of dandelion

One thing for sure bad eating habits and herbs don't mix. Remember unhealthy eating habits as well as other factors is what contributes to illnesses. No short cuts to healing. I would also recommend if you are on any prescription meds that you consult a doctor before adding herbs into your routine. Use wisdom! Do your own research. Get with your nearest Herbalist. I don't claim to be an herbalist , but I do know enough to heal myself, before I let someone else tell me what my body needs. Your body speaks to you through aches and pains. There are certain herbs out there for that particular issue present within the body. I have a firm belief that some illnesses present themselves spiritual first, and if ignored will then progress to the physical. Besides Herbs to assist with healing you have to get down to the root cause of the problem. Are you holding on to fear, hurt, anger, anxiety, and sadness. Are you holding on to pain, or being unforgiving? You will be surprised the things we oppress or try to forget about that are deeply rooted, and related to sicknesses currently. Don't forget about it by sweeping it under the rug. Deal with it to heal. I felt lead to say this to you. Reading this blog is no coincidence, that you were led here. It's like coming here and hearing an on time word from God right? lol. Be honest with yourself. By doing so you've taken a major step to the beginning of healing.

So, getting back to it, say no to drugs. Majority of prescriptions have negative side effects, and can be addictive. Dr. Sebi says " If nature didn't make it, don't take it. Think about the side effects of taking anti-biotics, and compare to the benefits of fruits or Herbs. Which one would you rather take a chance on. Did you know that people are dying from medications prescribed by their doctor? I think people don't really take into consideration of how serious the side effects are of the prescription given from he doctor. You know that white sheet they attach on to your medicine is letting you know what could happen. People are literally loosing their life, following the doctors orders when it comes to medication. But, people carelessly pop the pill and keep it moving. I too used to read, and take the pills anyway. I felt I had no other options, and I wasn't aware of natural health alternatives. I've never heard of anyone dying from drinking green tea or peppermint tea. That sounds sooo yummy by the way I'm about to go make some! Healing right in the produce and spice aisle. But, you want to make sure it's organic. I feel we should get back to the natural way of healing before prescriptions were even thought of or available. Once again it goes back to self accountability. Who's to blame really? Is it the doctors or peoples lack of knowledge? I will let you be the judge of that. When it comes to illnesses in your body, after you consult with the doctor, consult with yourself. If the doc says you have chronic constipation or something go and research natural ways to heal yourself. Remember healing takes time and discipline! Healing is all around you.
